Notice of Intention

  • Form 11/1 Notice of Intention to Organise a Public Procession

    The form 11/1 is the notification form which anyone wishing to organise a parade must submit to the Parades Commission via the PSNI. This notification must be given not less than 28 days before the date on which the parade is to held.


    While the 11/1 notification form can be downloaded from this website, it cannot be submitted online but must be handed in directly to the police station nearest the starting point of the parade.

  • Form 11/3 Notice of Intention to Organise a Related Protest Meeting

    The form 11/3 is the notification form which anyone wishing to organise a protest against a parade must submit to the Parades Commission via the PSNI. This notification must be given not less than 14 days before the date on which the parade is to held.

    While the 11/3 notification form can be downloaded from this website, it cannot be submitted online but must be handed in directly to the police station nearest the starting point of the protest.
